  7. From the top menu, select Advanced.

  • Find the words like Monitor or Temperature in the BIOS menu.

Use GPU-Z

GPU-Z is software that monitors the GPU in Windows 11. With this software, you can check GPU temperature and other things related to your graphics card. Also, it can support NVIDIA, ATI, AMD, and Intel graphics devices to check the GPU temperature. Moreover, you can see the adapter, GPU, and display information. Also, you can see overclock, default clocks, and 3D clocks. Now, download and install this software. Start the application and enter the Sensors tab. Here, you can see the real-time GPU temperature with a small graph. You can see current, lowest, highest, or average reading by clicking the drop-down button next to GPU Temperature. It will allow you to display the GPU temperature in the window title.

If you have more than one GPU card, choose the one you want to check. You can also check GPU clock frequencies, GPU Voltage, GPU Load, CPU Temperature, System Memory Used, and more. The temperature is shown in Celcius by default, but if you would like to change it to Fahrenheit, you should select the three-bar menu at the top and move the sensors tab in the Settings window. You can activate the Temperature Sensors using the Fahrenheit checkbox. Moreover, you can set up the screen refresh rate and statistics you would like to see.

Another software to check the GPU temperature is Open Hardware Monitor. It checks statistics like fan speeds, voltages, load, and clock speeds of your system. This software supports ATI and NVIDIA video cards for GPU monitoring. You can monitor the smart hard drive and CPU temperature.

One of the good features of this software is that it works without installation. Therefore, you just need to download the ZIP file, extract it and run the application. You can also view CPU, SSD, Memory, and more. You can see the minimum and maximum values for temperature.

You can change the parameters like changing Celsius to Fahrenheit. From the File Menu, you can save the hardware statistics to a Text file.
